Maitri K. Gala is the Founder of Gala & Co, leading the firm across real estate and construction.
With experience in the industry, she has previously worked with Nyati Group, Pune, where she was involved in luxury and international sales, as well as business development. This exposure has contributed to her understanding of high-value transactions, client handling, and market positioning.
Her work is focused on building a more structured approach to real estate one that combines deal-making with execution, instead of treating them as separate functions. She is directly involved in developer mandates, high-value transactions and contracting projects, ensuring that every aspect is handled with control and clarity.
